uncomfortable bed bathroom hair
I found a few issues that detracted from my stay. The wardrobe doors were difficult to slide open. I could feel the springs in the bed. It was NOT comfortable. There was also hair in the bathroom.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices. I tried the fresh fruit and pastries. The hotel features a rooftop terrace, it has city views. The room included a mini-bar with water and snacks.

charmed stay
clean hotel helpful staff room upgrade
the hotel was very clean i found the staff friendly and helpful christian gave some great tourist advice to me i thought the hotel's location was excellent it was very central. i got a free room upgrade upon arrival i thought the spa was a great bonus i definitely would stay here again. the room was spacious and very quiet it was clean and the bed was comfortable
the customer service was terrible it seemed there was a posh side of the hotel where people were treated well i reminded me of i was down the back and they did not care the check in was poor and different experiences were had compared to other guests

the hotel is close to plaça de catalunya this means easy access from the airport by aero bus and it is at the heart of town the gothic quarter is within a short walk and there are lots of restaurants nearby too.

modern rooms are clean and very comfortable the hotel allocated a small room with sofa bed there was additional furniture in the room such as an exercise bike and extra tables i found the room to feel like a storage space.

the staff is friendly and helpful i found the manager willing to make corrections when necessary reception staff were attentive and happy to help with organizing taxis or answering questions the breakfast was really good with lots of food options.
